The Kansas State blog on SBN has been doing a fun "Knowing Your Enemy" series the past week or so where they talk to other SBN blogs from around the SEC to gain a better perspective on Auburn. As I posted elsewhere, it's amazing that uga can remember its narrative of bile towards Auburn, but can't manage to remember to get the ball to its best player on first and goal at the 4. And T. Kyle gets 10 points taken off for forgetting cite the dirtiness of Nick Fairley.

I hope if Commish squares off against T. Kyle in the courtroom that our barrister gives the whiny mutt the thrashing he deserves.

I've never heard of this attorney, which doesn't in and of itself mean anything. But here's why: he practices probate law. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

And while he graduated from UGA undergrad in 1990 (years before I graduated from Auburn), he finished UGA Law School two years behind me. That's a lot of time between two degrees. Probably sitting around stewing over the reality that thUGA is Auburn's inferior in all respects, including football ... and smoking lots of dope in Athens.

I told my UGA friends they were going down to the Spurrier Cocks this weekend. They all laughed and told me how the DAWGS were going to blow 'em out. Not sure why they haven't answered any of my texts since this weekend. I trust they're ok. They have experience and preparation with these types of cataclysmic failures. It's their very own trail of tears - repeated annually. It's like they're the coyote that keeps going over the cliff every ... single ... time (to the amusement of us all).

From the appearance of the spotting company, I'm surprised it was legal for BS to play HS football in Kansas.

Oh, this is definitely a huge game. The biggest impact might be changing the perception of Auburn and that we can't have a good team two years in a row. That is one of the reason a convincing win is important.

The impress the playoff committee thing, to me, isn't quite as important. If we win the SEC, we are in the playoffs. I can't see the SEC champs not being included. I suppose there is the possibility of two from the SEC making the playoff, but I really think the conference championship game should be an elimination game for the playoff.

There is a possibility that two teams from the same division in the SEC could make the playoffs, but one would have to be the SEC champs and I can't see that runner up having a victory over the SEC champs unless we got into some weird three way tie scenario.

As for a loss in this game, if we cannot beat Kansas State, we should forget about the playoffs. There are too many better teams on our schedule. Sure, if we lost to Kansas State and then ran the table in the SEC, we would make the playoff. I am just saying that would never occur.

This morning on CFB Playbook (XM) some UAT goober predicted one of the playoff games would be an iron bowl repeat. Of course, he had UAT as the higher ranked team (as the Iron Bowl and SEC winner). The UAT faithful would be bitching like crazy about that because, in truth, they don't believe lil nicky could beat Malzahn twice, much less at a neutral field.

Yea, if the SEC gets two in, it would be teams from the same division with the second one's only loss being to the first.

And, of course, by same division I mean from the West. If one from the east makes it, it will take an SEC Championship Game miracle.

Yes, and the loser of the Iron Bowl would be the most likely team to get there (assuming they don't stumble before that game and the winner wins the SEC Championship).
